TASTING NOTES: The wine is a great representation of our continuing devotion to Coonawarra Shiraz. Upon approaching the wine, you are greeted by a beautiful plummy aroma. Great depth of spicy fruit characters generously fills the palate giving it a supple rounded mouthfeel. As ever these fruit characters are well supported by Coonawarra’s trademark fine tannin structure. The use of well-integrated oak adds to the tannin structure giving extra persistence.
