WINERY INFORMATION: Located on Bridport Road in Pipers Brook, Tasmania, Delamere Vineyards is a family owned wine estate managed by Fran Austin and Shane Holloway. Shane started his winemaking career in 2001. In 2011, his wife and skilled winemaker – Fran, joined him in managing the winemaking team. The company was established in 1982. TASTING NOTES: Delamere Sparkling Cuvée flaunts a pale straw hue, with persistent beads stemming from the glass. A whiff of the wine reveals scintillating fruit scents. The dense palate is rife with lively flavours of apples, citrus, nuts, stone fruits, fresh bread and leatherwood honey. These flavours and fragrances fuse together to culminate in a complex and lingering finish.
