TASTING NOTES Yallingup Merlot is a purple red hued wine meant to age gracefully. Scintillating aromas of fresh plums, blueberries, raspberries and mulberries flow off its lovely nose, fusing with secondary fragrances of violets. The palate is fleshy and juicy, brimming with flavours of dark plums, liquorice and vanilla nuances. The delicate oak and firm tannin structure provide excellent balance to the wine, leading to a lengthy and enjoyable finale.
