WINERY INFORMATION: Larry Cherubino Wines was started in 2005 by winemaker Larry Cherubino and his wife, Edwina. They purchased their first plot of land in Frankland River in 2004 and established their Riversdale vineyard. As former Head Winemaker at Houghton, Larry believes that winemaking is a conversion process of premium grapes into elegant wines and making wine means growing grapes. TASTING NOTES: Ad Hoc Carte Blanc Prosecco shows a pale straw colour with dark green hues and full, luscious beads stemming from the glass. The fragrant bouquet exudes mesmerizing aromas which are beautifully balanced by subtle citrus notes and yeastiness on the youthful and textured palate. These amazing flavours and vibrant elements provide an elegant mouthfeel and light sweetness to this dazzling Prosecco wine. The finish is long, clean and refreshing. This wonderful white wine drinking well with crispy arancini balls, as well as beef and lamb dishes.
