TASTING NOTES: The impressively complex and layered palate of this wine shows citrus flower, fig, ripe melon, stonefruit, citrus, hazelnut and mineral flavours. There is a mealy complexity to this wine from the lees contact and savoury oak. The minerality not just balances, but also gives the drink great length. Crafted to be enjoyed upon release, this wine can also be carefully cellared for up to four years for increased richness and improved mouthfeel. Serve it with rich yet subtle foods such as salmon, crayfish or scallops.
