The wine has an identifiable delicacy, pleasant freshness, and rich aromas of golden apple and acacia blossoms thanks to the excellent microclimate that is created by the significant temperature difference between day and night. In addition to standard growing procedures, the branches are meticulously pruned to allow the grapes to ripen optimally. To have grapes with a variety of flavours and smells, production is kept to a minimum.
