This lovely blend dominated by Pinot Gris and supported by three friends, Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Blanc is in perfect harmony. It is juicy and crisp with a shimmering light straw colour and green edges. The faint aromas of this wine include pears and honey without which no Pinot Gris is complete. It has a finely textured palate with delicious red apple flavours and well-balanced acidity. This wine is made for immediate consumption but can also be cellared for up to 3 years. Enjoy it with creamy pasta, roasted pork, chicken and seafood.
