TASTING NOTES The luscious grapes used to produce Sheep Shape Ros were harvested, destemmed and then pressed. Post fermentation at cool temperatures, the resulting wine displays a pale pink colour. A swirl of the glass offers lifted scents of cream and strawberries, supported by citrus notes. These mesmerising aromas shift to a soft and generous palate containing fresh fruit flavours. Fine acidity balances these lively characters to culminate the wine in a dry and textured finish.
