Grapes are both whole bunch pressed as well as crushed to give a range of phenolics for complexity and texture. The juice is fermented in stainless tanks with a small portion in older French oak casks. Lees are stirred regularly until final assembling of the blend. TASTING NOTES Straw colour with a pale green trim. Bright fruit aromatics of pear and lemon, hints of spice hay and musk. Lively palate, good weight, textural, soft acidity, creamy finish. Enjoy now and will cellar well over 2 years.
