Deakin Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2023 Murray Darling – 12 Bottles

WINERY INFORMATION: The fruit for this wine was harvested from our family owned Deakin Estate vineyards in the Murray Darling region, North West Victoria. Cool processing and fermentation preserved the delicate aromas in the juice and throughout fermentation. Aromatic yeasts were used to bring out the best in the variety while adding a little complexity. TASTING NOTES: Pale straw with a light green tinge. Fresh and attractive green apple, gooseberry and zesty lime aromas with a hint of herbal notes. Zingy and flavoursome, with citrus, passionfruit and lychee flavours. Medium weight and subtle minerality, balanced by natural freshness on a zesty refreshing finish. Sushi, summer salads and matches well with goats cheese.
