TASTING NOTES: Made by Hay Shed Hill, a James Halliday rated 5 Star winery in Australia’s Margaret River, the Pitchfork wines are designed as modern, food-friendly wines to be drunk in their youth. The Shiraz has ripe cherry and plum fruits on the nose, with hints of chocolate. The palate displays concentrated fruit, with subtle notes of vanilla from the French oak. This would be a great match for beef dishes, especially BBQ and chilli con carne.
