TASTING NOTES: This pretty Pinot Noir has a semi translucent appearance showing a deep cherry red colour. Poured into a glass, the light brick hued wine offers fruity aromas of strawberries and ripe dark cherries against a backdrop of dried meat and toasty undertones. These scents set the tone for a lighter bodied and soft palate, generous with flavours of dark cherries, plums and strawberries. Enhanced by spicy toasted oak and integrated with fine grained tannins, it makes way for a slightly dry finish, while the aftertaste of cherries, spice and toasty oak lingers in your mouth.
