The attractive bouquet exhibits intense aromas of raspberry and dark cherry, with underlying hints of iodine, anise and smoked meats. The palate is soft and balanced, brimming with flavours of dark plum, sour cherry, vanilla, cola and white pepper. Supported by fine tannins and sharp oak notes, these fruit characters offer a silky texture. The wine will develop complexity with a medium term cellaring potential.
