Fresh aromas of ripe summer fruits, spicy lemon verbena and vanilla pod flow from its scintillating nose, while the luscious palate contains primary flavours of custard apple, gooseberry, quince and ruby grapefruit, with rich lemon curd and zesty citrus oil adding texture to the wine. These elements balanced by firm layer of mineral acidity culminate in a taut and refreshing finale.
