Hughes & Hughes is created by brothers Jonathan and Matthew. This Pinot Noir brings together fruit from vineyards in the Coal River and Derwent Valleys, predominantly whole berry, 8% whole bunch, natural yeast, pressed to and matured in oak. The wines under the Hughes & Hughes label bring together fruit sourced from around Tasmania. Hughes & Hughes aims to produce bright wines with strong natural acidity and drinkability. The team enjoys tracking down small parcels of fruit from some of Tasmania’s smallest vineyards.
