TASTING NOTES : Fantastic bouquet of place and time with aromas and flavours of fresh white peach and meyer lemon, there’s a light to moderate spices from barrel with a gentle fragrant quality and whisper of wood smoke. A silky texture touches the palate first then flavours of white fleshed fruits, sweet grapefruit and lemon then mineral and barrel spice. Medium+ acid line adds mouthfeel while carrying flavours throughout the palate.
