Located in Langton on Muir Highway, Western Australia, the brand sources premium fruit from the West Cape Howe Langton Vineyard in Mount Barker. Established in 1978, the Langton Vineyard is blessed with some of the most mature vines in the Great Southern. TASTING NOTES West Cape Howe Cape To Cape Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has been made from 60% Semillon and 40% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, sourced from the Great Southern and Margaret River regions. It is a very bright and clear wine flaunting the barest hint of pale gold. This delicate and dry white is perfumed with subtle passionfruit and tropical fruit aromas. The attractive palate is full of light herbaceous flavours, fresh snow pea characters and floral notes, beautifully balanced by gentle acidity. This SSB is a delicious wine to be enjoyed young with seafood dishes, Thai green curry, or pan-fried scallops.
