WINERY INFORMATION: Established in 1838, by the pioneering Ryrie brothers, Yering Station was originally a small vineyard and cattle farm. In 1996, the Rathbone family ultimately purchased the property and expanded it into a world-class winery and destination. Since 1996, the winery’s ambition has always been to simply make great wine. Yering Station produces world-class cool climate wines from the vineyards which are famously renowned for their expressive varietal integrity. TASTING NOTES: Flaunting a vibrant cherry red colour, the wine boasts of intense red fruits aromas carried by an ethereal perfume. A classic Pinot style, the lovely cherry layered palate is complemented by delicious savoury spice. A silky concentration provides richness and length to the drink along with beautiful natural balance.
