Elegant, floral, and perfumed, the Yeringberg Pinot Noir 2018 vintage will further develop its complexity with 5-6 years of cellaring. Red berries, smoky toasty oak, ginger and almond biscuits, latent floral perfume. It’s fresh and autumnal at once, a fine mesh of tannin and bright almost tangy acidity, spicy wood plays a pretty firm hand, lively finish of good length.
